This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing accounting programs, goals, and policies to maintain a robust accounting system. You will recommend improvements to the system as needed and assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and surveys for various stakeholders. Essential Responsibilities: Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, invoice coding review, account analysis, and reconciliation. Analyze and interpret financial and statistical data to support decision-making. Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations related to Protected Health Information (PHI). Foster effective communication and professional relationships with clients, team members, physicians, and external agencies. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance department. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or currently pursuing a degree with completion expected within one year.
