What You'll Be Doing: Traveling between 4 well-maintained properties in Portland (mileage paid!) Performing light maintenance, groundskeeping, curb appeal upkeep, and minor repairs Assisting site teams with seasonal cleanups, work orders, and preventative maintenance Troubleshooting issues and pitching in wherever you're needed most — every day is different!
