Maintenance Technician - HOA

Bluestone Real Estate Services invites applications for full-time Maintenance Technicians. Bluestone Real Estate is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the living experiences of our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing repair needs promptly and efficiently. Onsite HOA/Community Maintenance Technician, Downtown Portland This position reports to two specific HOA/Condominium community in the Portland metro area on a daily basis. Perform regular inspections and repairs of common areas, facilities, equipment, and recreational areas. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning. Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and collaborate with management to address community concerns. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors to schedule and oversee facility repairs, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance tasks. Perform seasonal maintenance duties. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies. Qualifications for Maintenance Technician Positions: Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance. Knowledge of one or more of the following building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool/spa, mechanical systems. Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies. Ability to participate in On-Call rotation, if applicable. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely. Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor. A valid driver’s license and active insurance. Reliable transportation. Compensation: $28/hr.
