Own delivery for multiple client software projects, from kickoff through launch. You will coordinate engineers, designers, and stakeholders while keeping scope, timeline, and communication clear.
What you will do
Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Facilitate client demos and requirement workshops
Manage scope change with transparent trade-offs
Remove blockers for the delivery team
What we are looking for
5+ years managing software projects
Experience with agile/scrum in agency or consultancy settings
Strong written and verbal client communication
Comfort reading technical specs and estimates
Performance bonuses tied to delivery success
Nice to have
PMP or Scrum Master certification
Technical background (CS degree or prior dev role)
