About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate within Consumer Technology, supporting the Enterprise Data and Platforms organization. This group enables critical business capabilities across core banking, enterprise services, and data-driven platforms by delivering scalable technology solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and supporting data strategy, governance, and analytics across the enterprise.In this role, you will support enterprise mainframe systems and core business platforms by assisting in system analysis, testing, and operational support activities. You will work in a collaborative agile environment alongside development teams, architecture, change management, and cross-functional partners to help deliver reliable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in developing hands-on experience in system operations, data platforms, and application lifecycle support within a large-scale, highly regulated environment. You will gain exposure to mainframe systems, enterprise data platforms, and modern tools such as Python to support analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.You will also participate in the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program . The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience.The CODE Program offers meaningful, real-world work combined with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise.
