Aesthetic Sales Consultant & Patient Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Revenue Growth
Conduct thoughtful, educational consultations to recommend services, packages, and memberships aligned with client goals
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term treatment plans
Drive rebooking, retention, and membership enrollment through trust-based guidance
Follow up with clients pre- and post-visit to support continuity of care
Sales Performance & Tracking
Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals (services, memberships, retail)
Track personal performance metrics such as conversion rate, rebooking rate, and revenue per client
Provide feedback and insights to leadership on client trends and opportunities
Client Experience Excellence
Ensure every client interaction reflects our brand standards of care, professionalism, and personalization
Collaborate with providers and front desk to ensure seamless handoffs and communication
Handle client questions or concerns with empathy and solution-oriented thinking
Operational & Team Support
Support daily front-desk and sales operations as needed (scheduling, follow-ups, promotions)
Maintain accurate client notes and records in our EMR (Boulevard)
Follow established SOPs and contribute ideas for improving client flow and experience

Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in aesthetic, wellness, hospitality, or retail sales
Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on education—not pressure
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable working toward goals and being accountable for results
Growth-minded, coachable, and open to feedback
Experience with EMR/CRM systems (Boulevard a plus)
Flexible availability, including weekends
Closely located to San Clemente, CA
