Job Title: Project Manager – Transmission & DistributionRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Transmission & Distribution) to lead the delivery of high-value substation projects. This is a mid-senior role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience managing complex T&D projects from design through commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of transmission and distribution of utility/substation projectsOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementCoordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE teamsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsMonitor project performance and report progress against key milestonesManage variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the projectDrive continuous improvement and best practice across project deliveryEssential RequirementsMinimum 4 years’ experience in project management within Transmission & DistributionProven experience delivering utility/substation projectsStrong understanding of construction, commissioning, and energization phases
