You’ll work cross-functionally to support system transformation, audit readiness, and vendor oversight.What You’ll DoLead CLM initiatives, including metadata cleansing, data mapping, and system testingValidate and prepare contract data for migration—ensuring audit readinessOversee Outside Service Provider (OSP) compliance and performanceConduct proactive contract audits and identify compliance gapsManage pre-migration data audits and governance standardsIdentify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutionRecommend and implement improvements across the contract-to-pay lifecycleIndependently manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervisionDeliver compliance reporting and insights to senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail with experience managing high-volume data environmentsProven ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and deadlinesAbility to interpret contracts and translate legal language into structured dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, data visualization)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesPreferred ExperienceCLM systems (e.g., Ironclad)Tools like Quickbase and AravoContracting operations or compliance environmentsEducationBachelor’s degree required
