Compliance Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading technology organization to hire aContract Operations & Compliance Specialistto support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. This is ahands-on, data-driven rolefocused on contract data integrity, system support, and compliance across internal teams and external service providers. Key Responsibilities Lead metadata cleansing, data mapping, and validation for CLM initiatives Perform pre-migration audits to ensure contract data is accurate and compliant Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and outside service providers (OSP) Identify compliance risks and support process improvements Build reports and dashboards using advanced Excel Manage multiple workstreams independently with minimal oversight Required Qualifications Experience in contract operations, compliance, legal ops, or CLM environments Hands-on work with contract data (cleansing, mapping, validation) Advanced Excel required (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with CLM tools or contract systems Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce compliance professionally Self-starter with strong ownership and communication skills Preferred Experience with Quickbase, Aravo, or Ironclad Background in legal operations or CLM implementations Exposure to vendor/third-party compliance or system migrations
