Job Description:The role of the Office Manager is to provide leadership in the administrative area of the operation. The Office Manager is responsible for providing management team support, and maintaining positive team member, guest and vendor relationships.Responsibilities:Field incoming telephone calls and greet business office guestsMake birthday party and bowling reservationsAssist with payroll and human resource tasksOversee team member communicationFunction as site liaison to corporate officeProcess and disseminate incoming mailSupervise office administrative staffRequirements:Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years of administrative experienceA proven ability to supervise effectivelyRequired SkillsTeam player with energetic and enthusiastic personalityExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to teach, communicate, and positively motivateProficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environmentWillingness to work in other areas of operationWillingness to work weekends and holidays45 hours per week scheduleBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageBase salary dependent on experienceManagement team bonus (based on results)Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 30 days of full-time employmentMatching 401K50% discount on park food and attractionsPaid vacation, holidays, and sick time
