Job Title: Program Manager Tech 4 Location: Remote ( Preferred PST locations ) Salary Range: $80/hr to $85/hr on W2 Introduction Join a dynamic team focused on data center build initiatives within the supply chain organization. This role is essential for driving procurement and program delivery efforts, contributing to new program development tied to data center construction. Required Skills & Qualifications8-10 years of program management experience with the ability to lead new and undefined initiatives.Strong negotiation and procurement experience.Experience with driving end-to-end procurement for long lead equipment.Ability to manage supplier performance and relationships.Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and operate in ambiguous environments.Engineering background preferred.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with driving end-to-end procurement for long lead equipment.Ability to manage supplier performance and relationships.Experience with business development efforts to operationalize new strategies. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOwn the Request for Proposal, Award, and contract execution.Align cross-functional partners on technical design, scope, and schedule to ensure integrated delivery.Ensure on-time project execution through active schedule management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking.
