Overview Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 06/01/2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay $711-$761 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $711-$761 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 9 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour nights Start date: 06/01/2026 Setting: LTC - Nursing Home (long-term care) Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments following physician orders and facility policies Monitor patient status, document vital signs, fluid intake/output, and respond to changes Perform basic nursing assessments and communicate findings to the supervising RN Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care Implement and update care plans, including wound care, catheter care, and skin integrity Maintain safety and infection control protocols; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care Complete accurate, timely documentation in the charting system and ensure continuity of care during shift changes Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico (or eligible for licensure in NM) Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) in a long-term care setting Eligible for a 9-week travel assignment Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred Willingness to undergo standard onboarding requirements and health screenings as part of travel assignments Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 9-week contract Night shifts: 12-hour shifts Travel assignment in a long-term care setting On-site clinical support and team collaboration Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
