Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for a Radiology Technologist to provide support to our client’s healthcare system in Hartford, CT. This is a 13-week, day-shift contract role with the potential for extension—an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, hospital-based setting.Job Details Location: Hartford, CT Shift: 4x10 Days Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential Extension) Pay Rate: $2,500 Weekly GrossJob Summary Pride Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist with strong expertise in diagnostic imaging and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of cases, including Operating Room (OR) procedures, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety.Key Responsibilities -Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures per physician orders and established protocols -Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently to ensure accurate imaging results -Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort during all procedures -Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care -Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines -Assist with Operating Room (OR) procedures across multiple specialties as needed -Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred) -Respond effectively in high-pressure situations, including Level 1 Trauma cases -Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting issues as necessaryRequirements -Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience -ARRT Certification (required) -Connecticut State Radiographer License (required) -Experience supporting Operating Room (OR) procedures across multiple specialties⭐ Preferred Qualifications -Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system -Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma center -Strong adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments✅ Interested?
