Job TitleLead Medicaid Application DeveloperKey ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of Medicaid applications (claims, eligibility, enrollment)Provide technical leadership and mentor development teamsLead architecture, design and development using Java full stack technologies (Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular/React, REST APIs)Drive hands-on development when needed, especially in critical components and solution designEnsure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, CMS)Collaborate with business and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issuesLead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and implement best practicesEnsure application scalability, security, and high availabilityDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern/AI technologiesRequirements8–12 years of IT experience with technical leadership backgroundStrong Medicaid/MMIS domain experience (MMIS preferred)Hands-on Java full stack development experienceExperience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and databasesExcellent communication and leadership skill
