Assembly Operations Supervisor

Opportunity Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for all areas of production for a single shift and leads a Team of people assigned to perform work; direct people to produce finished product. The Supervisor is responsible for the production schedule and meeting all aspects of the defined criteria. How you will impact Smurfit Westrock: * Responsible to all areas of Production; Machine centers and Production. * Responsible for meeting Daily Production Schedule and demands * Monitor and ensure all employees are working safely and within guidelines * Is responsible for meeting projected Production Efficiencies and rates. * Monitor Production, and resolve daily issues that occur on Production Floor * Keep track of efficiency reports What you need to succeed: * Must Have High School Diploma or GED and 5 years supervisory experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment. * Must be able to read a tape measure and math skills. * Must be able to clearly communicate with employees and management * Intermediate computer skills: Email, Excel, Word, and relative corrugated industry specific software experience.
