Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliAssisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support/liliProviding companionship and emotional support/liliLight housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment/liliMeal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping/liliAssisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises/liliSupporting independence while maintaining client dignity/liliMonitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse/liliAttending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs)/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliActive New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)/liliHigh school diploma/GED preferred/liliCPR certification preferred/liliClear background check and drug screening/liliMust be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills/liliReliable transportation required/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility/liliAbility to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible)/liliGood vision, hearing, and overall physical health/li/ulpWork Location Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County, Cumberland County, and nearby areas Why Choose Care Right There?
