Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include:/pulliAssisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support/liliProviding companionship and emotional support/liliLight housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment/liliMeal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping/liliAssisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercises/liliSupporting independence while maintaining client dignity/liliMonitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse/liliAttending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs)/li/ulpQualifications/pulliActive New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)/liliHigh school diploma/GED preferred/liliCPR certification preferred/liliClear background check and drug screening/liliMust be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills/liliReliable transportation required/li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliAbility to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobility/liliAbility to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible)/liliGood vision, hearing, and overall physical health/li/ulpWork Location Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Glassboro, Mullica Hill, Williamstown, Pitman, Clayton, Franklinville, Woodbury, Mantua Township, Elk Township Washington Township, Paulsboro, Gibbsboro, Pennsville, Penns Grove, Salem, Swedesboro, Vineland, Millville and nearby areas/ppWhy Choose Care Right There?
