🦴 Director of Marketing — New York OrthopedicsNY Orthopedics is a physician-owned orthopedics and sports medicine practice with 40+ years of expertise across six New York metro offices (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Scarsdale, Staten Island, Nanuet, Westbury).We're building our marketing function and looking for a Director of Marketing to lead with a primary focus on digital — driving patient acquisition, brand growth, and strategic expansion.📌 What you'll own:• Digital marketing: SEO, SEM, paid media, email, online reputation• Brand & content: website, social, physician profiles, marketing collateral• Analytics: KPIs, channel attribution, CRM, competitor benchmarking• Team & vendors: build internal marketing team, manage agencies and budget🔑 Key responsibilities:• Lead SEO/SEM and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) across all locations• Drive a full website overhaul; manage Zocdoc, Healthgrades, Google Business Profiles• Develop content calendar with physician thought leadership and patient education content• Partner with Business Development on referral programs and market entry• Report marketing ROI and KPIs directly to the COO• Select and manage external agencies (SEO, PR, creative, paid media)✅ What we're looking for:• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred)• 7+ years of marketing experience, 3+ at director level• Deep digital expertise: SEO, AIO, SEM, paid social, analytics platforms• Healthcare or multi-site medical group background• Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets➕ Nice to have:• Orthopedics or surgical specialty background• Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar EHR• Zocdoc and Healthgrades platform experience• HIPAA marketing compliance knowledgeInterested?
