InfluenceAs Director, Theater Architecture, you will work directly with executive leadership to design and operationalize the planning frameworks underpinning KFO/CMH’s future growth in the Southwest.You will lead the development of strategic concepts, campaign architectures, operational methodologies, and planning processes that guide technology deployment, platform integration, and mission execution across multiple sectors with emphasis on AI defense and national security interest.You will serve as the bridge between strategic vision, technical capability, and operational implementation.⸻Key Responsibilities• CONOPS Architecture DevelopmentDesign operational concepts and campaign frameworks that translate strategic intent into structured, executable planning architectures.• AI-Enabled Defense Planning SystemsLead the conceptual design of AI-supported planning tools, decision systems, and predictive operational modeling frameworks.• Digital Twin & Simulation IntegrationOversee the integration of digital twin environments for infrastructure systems, urban networks, logistics corridors, and regional operational theaters.• Multi-Domain Operations DesignDevelop integrated planning structures spanning cyber, space, air, land, maritime, information, and infrastructure domains.• Theater Campaign Planning (Southwest Focus)Design operational and multi-domain operations (MDO) environments• Experience participating in NATO, coalition, or joint exercise planning cycles• Familiarity with CONOPS development, wargaming, or operational simulation frameworks• Experience working in classified or sensitive planning environments (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)• Strong understanding of AI systems, digital engineering, modeling & simulation, or digital twin platforms• Experience integrating cyber, intelligence, logistics, and operational planning systems• Exceptional ability to translate complex systems into structured operational frameworks• Strong
