On-Site Program SpecialistAllegiance Staffing is seeking an On-Site Program Specialist for a client located in West Point, Georgia. On-Site Program Specialist Responsibilities:Act as Allegiance Staffing liaison at the client's location with Human Resources and ProductionManage and support all assigned employees at the client's locationConduct orientation for all assigned employeesMaintain all electronic records in the payroll and time clock system, as well as the applicant tracking systemVerify weekly time sheets and payroll for accuracyCommunicate staffing needs to recruiters and branch managersFollow up with all assigned employees regarding attendance and absencesConduct pre-employment and post-accident drug screensReport and follow up on all accidents and injuries, and conduct site safety evaluations with the client and Allegiance Staffing safety managersProduce all necessary reports from the various software applications and provide the required reports to the client and Allegiance StaffingAssist recruiters in interviewing and processing candidatesOn-Site Supervisor Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license required1-2 years supervisory experiencePrevious experience working in a similar role is preferredPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environmentProficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordPrevious experience with payroll software and applicant tracking systemsAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of an organizationA self-starter with a proven track record of success and good time management skillsAbility to work extended hours, which may include nights and weekendsOn-Site Supervisor Benefits:Weekly pay with direct depositMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life InsuranceCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceAdvancement opportunitiesInterested applicants, please reply to this posting with a resume, and one of our hiring managers will contact you to discuss this amazing opportunity!
