To help us grow in the US market , we're looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist who will own the operational side of our TikTok Shop — managing product listings, optimizing the storefront, and supporting creators and campaigns that drive sales through the platform.What You'll Be DoingManaging the TikTok Shop admin and maintaining our product catalogUploading and optimizing product listings, descriptions and visualsEnsuring products, pricing and promotions are correctly set up in the shopSupporting influencer and creator collaborations connected to TikTok ShopCoordinating product drops, launches and promotional campaignsMonitoring shop performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversionWorking closely with marketing, influencer and design teamsTroubleshooting operational issues within TikTok ShopWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with TikTok or TikTok Shop (admin, creator collaborations or shop management)Strong understanding of how TikTok content and commerce work togetherAbility to manage product listings and marketplace-style shop environmentsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at onceCommunicative English for collaboration with international teamsInterest in e-commerce, creators and social commerce trendsWorking setupFull-time roleLocation: United States or United Kingdom (London).
