Broad Street Oyster Company is currently seeking experienced, highly self-motivated line cooks to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in executing dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is passionate about great food, works well under pressure, and is ready to contribute to a collaborative kitchen focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong experience working key line stations, specifically a fryer and flat top range, during high-volume service. Weekend shifts are our busiest times, so the ability to stay organized, maintain quality standards, and move efficiently through tickets is essential. You’ll be responsible for preparing menu items to spec, keeping your station clean and stocked, and communicating clearly with the rest of the kitchen team throughout service.
