Associate Director of Legal Project ManagementThe Associate Director of Legal Project Management is responsible for improving the efficiency, delivery, and profitability of legal services by working closely with attorneys, clients, and firm leadership. This role supports high-value matters through end-to-end project management, including defining scope, managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with client and financial expectations. The position also plays a key role in pricing and rate management, helping to develop value-based fee arrangements, support proposals and RFPs, and ensure accurate implementation of billing structures.In addition, the role contributes to innovation initiatives by supporting the evaluation and implementation of legal technologies, including AI tools, and by developing standardized templates, dashboards, and reporting processes. The Associate Director also helps drive adoption of legal project management best practices by providing training and guidance across the firm.Candidates should have 58+ years of relevant experience in legal project management, pricing, financial analysis, or a related discipline within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and proficiency with data and technology are required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A bachelor's degree is required; a J.D. or advanced degree is preferred.This role is primarily remote, with the expectation that candidates can commute to one of the firm's offices in Atlanta, Hartford, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New Jersey, New York, Orlando, Tallahassee, Tampa, Washington, D.C., or West Palm Beach. The salary range is $120,000$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
