Our commitment to excellence and meeting the demands of our customers is central to everything we do.Role DescriptionIn collaboration with the Sales Manager and Sales Admin Assistants the Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in assigned specific territory. An Account Manager, will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and work to achieve a positive customer experience.  The Account Manager will make sales visits to customers and assist them with any questions they may have thus building on long-term relationships.Duties/ResponsibilitiesKnowledgeable on product offeringIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and transitions. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needsNegotiate prices and terms. Prepare Sales agreementsRecommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or industryManage a portfolio of accounts in assigned territory to achieve long-term successEnter, or ensure all customer quotes and orders are placed in EpicorAttend tradeshows and host customer events promoting Winco productsConduct onsite visits to sell and assist with anything the customer needs. Provide the feedback loop to Winco organizationResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerReport on the status of accounts and transactions in your territory Generate and submit sales reports to managementAssist in Marketing plan annuallyOther duties as assigned
