Project Manager Lead end-to-end project management for IT business application development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.Oversee project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery within budget constraints.Apply Agile principles, particularly Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, developing and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.
