Job Title : Project Manager (End User Computing)Location : New York, NY 10020Job Type : Full timeKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of EUC projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Manage projects involving:Windows migrations/upgradesLaptop/Desktop refresh programsMicrosoft 365 deploymentsVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, etc.)Collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Slack)Coordinate with infrastructure, security, network, service desk, and application teams.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and ITIL processes.Manage stakeholders across business and IT functions.Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Oversee vendor and third-party deliverables.Drive user adoption, communication, and change management activities.Conduct regular steering committee and status meetings.Ensure smooth transition to BAU/support teams after project completion.Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of:Windows 10/11Microsoft 365Intune / SCCM / AutopilotActive Directory / Azure ADVDI technologies (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)Endpoint security and complianceITSM/ITIL practicesProject Management SkillsExpertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.Strong budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Certifications (Preferred)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile CertificationITIL FoundationMicrosoft certifications related to Endpoint Management or M365Key CompetenciesLeadership and team coordinationProblem-solving and decision-makingRisk and issue managementClient-facing communicationVendor managementOrganizational and multitasking skillsPreferred ExperienceLarge enterprise or global delivery environmentDigital workplace transformation projectsManaged services environmentExperience with cloud-first workplace initiativesSuccess MetricsOn-time and within-budget project deliveryUser satisfaction and adoptionReduction in endpoint incidentsSuccessful migration/transformation outcomesCompliance with governance and security standards
