Our Strategy team drives decision-making and execution across Your Way Insurance. We work collaboratively to define strategic roadmaps, execute initiatives, build impactful reporting and dashboards, and manage operations. This remote role offers immediate ownership opportunities, a supportive team, and the chance to see your projects come to life from ideation through implementation.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll take ownership of strategic initiatives from start to finish. You'll launch new products and technologies, expand sales channels, and improve sales performance. Acting as a key business partner, you'll collaborate across departments like Sales, Operations, and Compliance to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide strategic support.
You'll prepare executive-level presentation materials to communicate project progress and insights effectively. By building comprehensive reporting and dashboards, you'll analyze data, test hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to enable informed decision-making. Additionally, you'll foster cross-functional collaboration through effective project management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and success across teams.
Supporting responsibilities include:
Leading initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Developing tools and resources to support strategic decision-making.
Ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress to stakeholders.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting or a similar field. Healthcare project experience is a plus.
Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Ability to direct peers and working group members, oversee project execution, and lead meetings with clear outcomes.
Analytical skills to test hypotheses, inform executive decision-making, and implement initiatives using data-driven insights.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; experience in advanced tools like PowerBI is a plus.
Expertise in creating executive-level presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related field.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
