Client Industry: PharmaceuticalJob Mode: Hybrid Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibilities of Extension)Job Summary:We are seeking a Project / Operations Manager to support strategic workforce and operational initiatives within a research focused environment. This role will partner closely with leadership, HR teams, and cross functional stakeholders to improve employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent related programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects, analyze workforce metrics, support communication initiatives, and help drive operational excellence across the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to execute onboarding, career development, and employee support initiativesCoordinate projects related to employee engagement and organizational culture programsSupport implementation of operational initiatives aligned with research and organizational goalsTrack and analyze engagement, retention, and talent development metricsFacilitate employee surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programsSupport internal communication and collaboration platforms including SharePoint and related systemsPrepare project updates, reports, and operational insights for stakeholders and leadership teamsIdentify process improvement opportunities related to talent management and organizational effectivenessSupport change management activities during implementation of new programs and initiativesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field3 to 5 years of experience in project management or operations managementExperience supporting employee engagement, talent strategy, or organizational culture initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience coordinating cross functional projects from initiation through completionAnalytical experience with metrics tracking and reporting insightsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within life sciences, research, or technical environmentsExperience using SharePoint, Unily, or related collaboration platformsExperience supporting organizational development or HR programsFamiliarity with employee engagement surveys and feedback systemsBenefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)
