You will adapt seamlessly to diverse patient populations, implementing and monitoring complex care plans while executing physician orders with precision and clinical autonomy.+ **Real-Time Assessment & Action:** Serve as the critical link in patient safety by monitoring, recording, and communicating rapid changes in patient condition. You'll leverage your specialty expertise to assess needs on the fly and ensure every intervention aligns with the highest standards of evidence-based practice.+ **Multidisciplinary Leadership:** Act as the central coordinator for the healthcare team, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient transitions.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
