The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of each gown, conducting quality assurance checks, implementing quality management practices, and performing quality audits to maintain the high standards of ENAURA's designs.Approve in-process production and finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to the production teamPack and ship according to brand guidelinesEnsure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected and documentedDocuments inspection results by completing reports and inputting dataTake the lead on quality control to ensure all garments are finished up to designer level standardsElevate and communicate high risk potential order problems and issues as appropriate to production manager Follow quality control guidelines and inspect all garments to verify excellent condition before final delivery to the customerMonitor the performance of suppliers of raw-materials Maintain accurate inventoryResponsible for incoming and outgoing shipments Understands Purchase OrdersKnowledgeable of garment construction and fabrics Works closely with pattern maker and production managerQualificationsProficient time management skillsPromoting process improvementHand sewing skills is a plusKnowledge of QuickBooks is a plusAttention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPrevious experience in the fashion industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Quality Assurance, or related field
