Senior Counsel, Export Controls & Cybersecurity

Our client, a fast-growing AI company utilizing the latest technology in supporting the aerospace and defense industries, has exclusively engaged us to identify a Senior Counsel, Export Controls & Cybersecurity to join the growing legal team. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience with export controls, ITAR, sanctions, data access, as well as experience advising on cybersecurity compliance and technology controls in regulated environments. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity with a growing company at the beginning of building out a legal team. Candidates coming from either a law firm or in-house environment will be considered. The role includes competitive compensation (including equity) and full corporate benefits.
