Kitchen Prep Specialist
Kitchen Prep
Schedule: 6am|7am - (8.5 hr shift)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning, measuring)
Follow recipes and prep lists accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
Properly store food and label ingredients
Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed
Operate basic kitchen equipment safely
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Help with receiving and organizing deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station and kitchen environment.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Help set up and break down workstations and equipment at the start and end of shifts.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to the supervisor.
Support other team members with tasks as directed to ensure timely production and operations.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Needs to read and understand basic English (for reading recipes)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [20] lbs
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic understanding of kitchen safety is a plus

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Basic English: 1 year (Required)
Kitchen Safety: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Work Location: In person
