The business is building a next-generation platform that enables large enterprises to rapidly adopt AI, modernize legacy systems, and significantly accelerate software development cycles.With a dual-product offering, the platform is used both at the enterprise level to drive large-scale transformation initiatives and by product and engineering teams to improve speed, efficiency, and overall output in building and deploying new applications.Having launched recently with a SaaS-based model, the company has already achieved significant early traction, scaling past $40m ARR within their first year and raising a ~$150m Series A. The business is now entering a phase of hypergrowth, with ambitious targets and a clear path toward becoming a category-defining platform as it works toward an eventual IPO.The OpportunityThis is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action. The Chief Revenue Officer is leading a growing sales function, managing an active enterprise pipeline, and working across a business that is evolving quickly. They are looking for a thoughtful, organised partner who can help them stay focused on the right things at the right time.You will own the core EA responsibilities and bring genuine care and attention to everything you do. The best person for this role will have good instincts, enjoy variety, and take genuine satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.ResponsibilitiesCalendar and time managementOwn a complex, fast-moving diary across multiple time zones, ensuring the CRO's time is always well-spentStay ahead of conflicts, gaps, and changes, resolving them before they become problemsHelp protect time for deep work, strategic thinking, and key customer and internal commitmentsMeeting coordination and communicationPrepare and organise materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up trackingServe as the first point of contact for scheduling with enterprise customers, investors, and senior internal stakeholdersDraft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CRO where appropriate, including internal communications and external outreachCommercial environment supportHelp bring structure and coordination to a scaling GTM organisation, tracking key priorities, deal activity, and stakeholder commitments alongside the CROLiaise with sales leaders, revenue operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRO is always well-briefed and preparedSupport with board and investor materials coordination where requiredTravel and logisticsPlan and manage all travel arrangements, including complex multi-leg trips, ensuring seamless execution with minimal frictionAnticipate and solve logistical challenges proactively, so the CRO can stay focused on what mattersOperational effectivenessSpot opportunities to make things run a little more smoothly and act on themHandle ad hoc projects and priorities with discretion and ownershipAbout You3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or senior business support roleExperience in a startup, scale-up, or software / technology environment is strongly preferredPrior exposure to supporting a sales leader or commercial executive is a genuine advantageHighly organised with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple priorities at onceProactive by nature: you tend to think ahead and sort things before they become issuesAn interest in the commercial side of a business and how a sales organisation operatesA confident, professional communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholdersDiscreet and trustworthy, someone colleagues and leadership feel comfortable relying onAt ease in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and no two weeks look the sameLocation: Cambridge, MACompensation: Competitive and flexible depending on experience.At Harmonic, we’re committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
