ADDICTION PSYCHIATRISTHealthcare OrganizationLocation: Brockton, MAOur organization is actively seeking full-time Addiction Psychiatrists to deliver outpatient and/or residential services at our Brockton and Jamaica Plain facilities. As a leading center for medical research and a referral hospital in New England, we maintain strong academic partnerships with prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine.We have two openings at the Jamaica Plain campus, which will involve a combination of direct clinical responsibilities in residential and transitional care settings, outpatient substance use clinics, and a methadone clinic. Additional duties may include teaching and supervising trainees, such as medical students, residents, and fellows. Opportunities for site directorship of addiction training for residents, administrative roles, and engagement in academic pursuits, including research, are also available. An academic faculty position will be supported at either Harvard Medical School or Boston University School of Medicine.As the foremost referral center for Veterans' healthcare in New England, our organization boasts robust academic ties with Harvard Medical School and the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. The academic appointment level—Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor—will be determined based on experience, training, and accomplishments.
