Job Title: Cloud Application Security ArchitectLocation: Washington, DC 20433Duration: 12 Months – Long Term ContractPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Application Security Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Security, AI/ML technologies, and DevSecOps practices. This role will lead enterprise security architecture initiatives with a focus on application security, cloud-native applications, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and AI/LLM security.Top Required Skills:• 15+ years of professional IT experience in enterprise environments, software development lifecycle (SDLC), information security, and application security. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Security Architecture, Application Security, and Cloud Security.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), demonstrating proficiency in automating and managing infrastructure through code.• Strong background in AI/LLM security, including threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for Generative AI systems, with the ability to apply AI technologies to solve complex business and security challenges.Certification Requirements: • Security Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (any one)• Azure AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions• AWS AWS Certified Security – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional• GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect
