Delivering significant efficiency gains and cost reduction for banks and fintechs globally.Already generating strong early traction, the company has achieved seven-figure ARR with an exceptionally lean team and a perfect win rate in competitive deals. With a growing global pipeline and ambitious expansion plans, they are now hiring their first dedicated sales leader to build and scale the commercial function from the ground up.The OpportunityThis is a true founding sales role.You will own the entire revenue function, from first outreach through to closing six-figure enterprise deals, while building the foundations of a scalable sales organisation.Working directly with the founders, you'll shape go-to-market strategy, define the sales motion, and play a critical role in the company's growth trajectory.If you thrive in high-ownership environments and want to build something from scratch, this is a rare opportunity to make a defining career move.What You'll Be DoingOwning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing enterprise dealsSelling into banks, fintechs and regulated financial institutionsBuilding and refining the sales playbook, processes and GTM motionPartnering closely with the CEO on pricing, packaging and positioningDeveloping a predictable, data-driven pipeline alongside the GTM teamActing as the voice of the customer to influence product and strategyHiring and mentoring future sales hires as the team scalesWhat We're Looking For4–8 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS or AIProven track record of closing six-figure enterprise dealsExperience operating in a startup or high-growth environmentHighly commercial, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguityStrong presence with senior stakeholders and decision-makersEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, not just sell
