Join a mission-driven team thats committed to putting children and families first.Position:Dropship CoordinatorLocation: San Antonio, TexasHours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pTHE POSITION: Ensures all customer orders are fulfilled through drop shipping channels with suppliers. Verifies and keeps records on all outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties.Analyze and monitor daily drop shipping order reports.Troubleshoot and address any drop shipping problems, concerns, errors or delays.Communicate and build relationships with both vendors and customers to ensure supplies are received in a timely manner via drop shipping.Evaluate current drop shipping processes and suggest improvements for a positive customer experience.Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.Determines method of shipment based on time constraints and customers special needs.Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.Picks correct products per order and prepares packages for shipping.Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.Unpacks and examines incoming shipments for damage and reports to purchasing if needed.Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.Assists Support Services department as needed which may include delivering equipment to patients from time to time in certain locationsAssists clinicians with locating and preparing equipment and supply needs.Completes necessary warehouse-related paperwork.Interacts with customers/clients, as necessary.Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.Orients and trains company staff to warehouse as needed.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous warehouse experience is a plus.Exceptionally organized, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication and strong keyboard skills. A high level of initiative combined with a customer service mentality is also required.Certificates, License, Registration:* Valid State Drivers License (must have a clean record) if working in a location where there is assistance with deliveriesTHE COMPANY:Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990.
