Corporate Paralegal

The Woodlands, Texas | OnsiteOur client, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Texas and Louisiana, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its legal, corporate, and operational functions. This is a high-impact role working closely with internal leadership and outside counsel on corporate, transactional, and oil & gas related matters in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support corporate transactions, contracts, and general business operationsAssist with preparation and management of corporate documentation, agreements, filings, and organizational recordsCoordinate with outside counsel on corporate, transactional, compliance, and operational mattersMaintain entity management, governance documentation, and corporate records across multiple jurisdictionsTrack key deadlines, renewals, filings, and transaction milestonesSupport executive leadership with legal and administrative matters tied to company operationsAssist with legal document management, compliance tracking, and internal reportingPartner with internal teams including operations, finance, land, and leadership as neededQualifications:3–7+ years of corporate paralegal or legal assistant experience preferredPrior experience in oil & gas, energy, E&P, or corporate transactional environments strongly preferredLaw firm or in-house legal department experience preferredStrong understanding of corporate documentation and legal processesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systemsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting oil & gas operations, corporate transactions, or regulatory mattersExposure to entity management, governance, and compliance documentationExperience working closely with executives and outside counselParalegal certificate or formal legal training preferredAdditional Details:Location: The Woodlands, TX (On-site)Start: ASAPEmployment Type: Full-Time
