Maintenance Team Member

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the overall functionality of our facilities and equipment. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems - Fabricate parts when needed to ensure proper equipment operation - Conduct residential painting as required - Troubleshoot issues using logic controllers, ohmmeters, and schematics - Utilize mechanical knowledge to address various maintenance needs - Oversee and coordinate maintenance projects Experience - Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively - Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work - Prior experience in a maintenance role preferred - Familiarity with industrial equipment and tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Experience: Ohmmeter: 1 year (Required) Schematics: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Portland, OR 97218 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Portland, OR 97218: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
