The individual will join a close-knit group of in-house talent professionals who are responsible for hiring top talent across a wide variety of functions and levels firmwide.ResponsibilitiesSourcing and developing strong talent pipelines and evaluating candidates as part of a comprehensive interview process to support hiring needsEnsuring a positive candidate experience through high-touch support and proactive communicationManaging administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and reconciling team expensesAssisting with special projects such as conducting market research, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and establishing external partnerships QualificationsImpeccable communication skillsStrong attention to detailA no-task-too-small approach to the workAbility to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.Pay range and compensation packageThis is a full-time position based in New York City with a starting salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.
