We are seeking an experienced executive support professional to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the organization’s Executive Team.This is a full-time, direct-hire, hybrid role based in the West Adams area of Los Angeles (90018) and is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in fast-paced, senior-level environments.Position Title: Manager, Executive OperationsRole Type: Full-Time | Direct-Hire | Hybrid (in-person presence required)SUMMARY:The Manager, Executive Operations provides expert administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including the Chief Impact Officer, Chief Policy and Public Affairs Officer, and Chief Operating and Financial Officer. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting complex initiatives, meetings, and projects across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide high-level executive administrative support to senior leadershipManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logisticsPrepare agendas, draft documents, presentations, and correspondenceCoordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conveningsArrange travel and manage expense reportingAttend high-level and sensitive meetings; prepare and maintain meeting notes and materialsMaintain organized electronic filing systems and documentationSupport special projects and initiatives as assignedAdditional duties may be assigned as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:5–7 years of progressive experience in executive or senior-level administrative supportExperience working with and supporting Board of Directors preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working with databases, reporting systems, or grants management tools preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid environmentAbility to travel locally as needed for job-related responsibilitiesWORKING CONDITIONS:Hybrid work environment with a combination of on-site and remote work. Occasional evenings or extended hours may be required based on organizational needs.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, floating holidays, and winter office closure.
