This position supports students and families with college, career, trade school, military, scholarship, financial aid, testing, and post-secondary transition planning. Other related duties as assigned.Phoenix-Talent Schools is committed to equitable and inclusive practices in education and strives to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to reducing academic disparities among students based on race, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or family income.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work with students in a secondary school atmosphere.Comfortable with public speaking.Ability to work effectively with data.Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, or similar software.Ability to organize and budget time.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to use good judgment when carrying out tasks.Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.Physical demands needed: ability to communicate with students, co-workers, families, and the public; ability to communicate over the telephone; ability to respond to telephones, bells, students, co-workers, classroom disturbances, visual cues, student requests, etc.; ability to read written material; ability to operate office equipment; ability to carry or lift light loads, up to 25 lbs.All applicants will be considered carefully.
