Overview As Process Engineering Manager at Boyd Corporation, you will lead the optimization and scale-up of aluminum vacuum brazed heat exchangers and cold plates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and ensure robust, scalable manufacturing processes. You will partner with Quality and Maintenance to drive quality, reliability, and equipment uptime while leading continuous improvement initiatives. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on process optimization to support Boyd’s innovation goals in aerospace manufacturing.
