Principal Design Lead

Job Overview:Our Solution Engineering division is seeking a skilled design engineer to join Arm's hardware teams. As we continue to grow, we need talented engineers responsible for the development of products across Enterprise, Auto and Client markets.Responsibilities:Lead an IP-design team who develop features for scalable/reconfigurable usages.Crafting design micro-architecture specifications, developing RTL, fixing bugs, performing design checks and generating implementation constraints.Partner with architects to translate subsystem requirements, and develop the design specifications which meet the quality, reliability, manufacturing and reconfigurable needs.Partner with verification to review test plans and debug issues.Act as 1-Arm ensuring the best solutions are used by Arm.Required Skills and Experience:In addition to a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field and experience working in design of complex subsystems or SoCs, you should bring experience in:Digital hardware design for complex systems using System Verilog.Analog hard IP integration, timing diagrams, BMODsReconfigurable IP / Subsystem designPower and clock domain crossingStatic design checks like linting, CDC/RDC, X-propagationCollaboration"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:ARM-based designs and/or ARM System ArchitecturesDeveloping designs for OTP/Fuse usage models and JTAG/TAP protocolsPerl, Python or other scripting languageSoC system debug methodologiesDFT methodologies: RTL testability, scan insertion, OCCIn Return:We are proud to have a set of behaviors that reflect who we are, and guide our decisions, defining how we work together.
