Job DetailsDescriptionServes as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the communityBe able to enter work orders, determine assignments and complete work orders into computer using provided software.Reads work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenanceRepairs or replaces defective locks, hinges, cranks, and pieces of wood, using glue, hand tools, and power toolsDisassembles appliance to examine specific mechanical and electrical parts to diagnose problemReplaces worn and defective parts, such as switches, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, circuit boards, or defective wiringRepairs and maintains plumbing by replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drainsInstalls and/or repairs wiring and electrical and electronic componentRealigns windows and screens to fit casements and oils moving partsPaints and repairs woodwork and plasterInspects and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctionsCleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machineryClean, maintain and treat pools and hot tubs as directed by the Facility Manager.Records repairs made and associated costsAttends departmental meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned
