Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.Essential Duties:Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs in maintenance trade fields in a timely and efficient manner as assigned by daily work orders.Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement.Use preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and tools as assigned.Cleanup work area upon completing a work order.Perform daily/weekly inspectionsPerform other reasonable duties, functions, and special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.Essential Skills:Excellent customer service/hospitality skills requiredExcellent communication skills, both oral and written1 year of prior maintenance experience, requiredMust have working knowledge in at least two of the maintenance fieldsAbility to use electronic work pad Physical Requirements:Be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.Be able to climb ladders and stairs.Ability to bend, stoop, kneelAbility to work in outside, inclement weather conditions.
