As our Vice President of Enrollment, you will lead the strategy, performance, and innovation behind student acquisition and enrollment growth. What You’ll Do
Own inquiry-to-start conversion performance across all programs, modalities, and markets
Lead strategies that drive enrollment growth aligned to institutional goals (volume, mix, and quality)
Optimize yield through improved applicant engagement, faster decisioning, and enrollment readiness
Lead a High-Performance Admissions Organization
Oversee all admissions teams, including structure, staffing, and performance management
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards across the funnel, including speed-to-lead, contact rates, application rates, and yield
Implement operating rhythms and communication strategies focused on pipeline health and continuous optimization
Advance Data, CRM & AI-Enabled Enrollment
Own and optimize CRM (Salesforce) to support the full admissions lifecycle
Leverage predictive analytics and segmentation to improve targeting and conversion
Deploy AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance productivity and student engagement
Partner with Data and IT teams to build scalable, future-ready enrollment infrastructure
Align with Marketing & Institutional Strategy
Partner with Marketing to align lead generation with conversion performance and ROI
Provide actionable insights on lead quality, channel performance, and messaging effectiveness
Collaborate on campaign strategy, segmentation, and program/geographic priorities
Elevate the Pre-Enrollment Experience
Ensure a high-touch, student-centered admissions experience that builds trust and confidence
Reduce friction across the inquiry, application, and enrollment journey
Balance personalization with scalable, technology-enabled engagement
Support Market & Program Growth
Lead admissions readiness for expansion into new markets
Partner with academic leadership to align enrollment with program capacity
Provide market intelligence on demand, competitiveness, and positioning

Requirements
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related field
Proven success leading high-performing, metrics-driven teams
Experience leveraging CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics, and marketing alignment to drive growth
Strong understanding of enrollment strategy, conversion optimization, and student lifecycle management
Skills & Strengths

Deep analytical expertise with a data-driven decision-making approach
