Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: Day Shift Type: Full-Time, Permanent Setting: Outpatient Clinic Languages Required: English & Spanish Job Summary The NP/PA works under physician supervision to provide patient care in an outpatient setting, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medications, and patient education. Key Responsibilities (Shortened) Conduct physical exams and review medical histories Diagnose and treat patients; order and interpret tests Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures Document patient care and monitor progress Educate patients and follow clinic safety protocols Qualifications Certified NP or PA from an accredited program Active state license or eligibility 1+ year of clinic/physician office experience preferred Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Latin American living experience preferred Skills Knowledge of primary care and medications Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle urgent situations calmly Working Conditions Outpatient clinic environment with routine exposure to medical settings Requires standing, movement, and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) Must maintain CPR certification and valid driver's license Benefits: All the standard benefits will be provided
