Overview
As a Lead Software Engineer at Disney Experiences, you will shape scalable, intelligent systems for licensing financial operations and AI-driven decision-making. You will partner with product, finance, and data science teams to design and deliver platforms powering licensing workflows and predictive analytics. You’ll own the full SDLC and mentor others to foster technical excellence in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role offers the chance to influence next-generation platforms and to work at the intersection of entertainment, finance, and AI.
