This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for clients and coworkers alike.What you'll do:Greet visitors and clients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasmManage phone lines, mail, office supplies, meeting areas, and reception spaceSchedule appointments and maintain company calendarsEnsure a safe, secure, and organized workplace by following office proceduresAssist with client intakes and new potential client communicationsPerform data entry and maintain accurate recordsKeep office operations running efficiently, you'll be the hub that connects it allQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of administrative or office experienceA positive attitude and genuine passion for helping peopleExcellent written and verbal communication skills + you're polished, clear, and professionalStrong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities with easeA self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced setting
